ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2017 and is a close-knit team of five who value experience, discipline, and strong relationships. I’ve been in the insurance industry for 26 years and joined State Farm in 2012. Over the years, I’ve built this office on consistency, integrity, and a commitment to serving customers the right way.

We stay active in the community by volunteering with the Rodeo for the past five years, supporting Meals on Wheels for seniors, and contributing to Easter Seals. Giving back is important to both me and our team.

Our office offers flexibility with scheduled time off, team outings, team-building events, birthday lunches and gifts, and big milestone celebrations. When goals are met, we travel together. We also attend an annual conference, offer a Simple IRA, and pay for licensing up front.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Vahn Doctolero - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
